Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• With original tags still attached
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Accessories
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Intimates
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit via digital gift card ✨
(Store credit never expires — so you can wear the dream later)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Savvy Kay isn’t responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery at thesavvykay@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right ♡
